Milestones, Actionable Steps & Affirmations Examples

Who Are You Becoming?

Frequently throughout the year its advisable to revise milestones in key areas of life.
Namely: relationship, fitness, family and health.

MAKIA “Energy flows where our attention goes”, this is a Hawaiin expression

For those who regard personal development highly, acknowledging, reviewing and measuring all aspects of life is imperative.

Eventually with practice and yearly cleansing, the practice of self enquiry, affirmations and reflections weave into our everyday without effort. Initially I suggest writing milestones and affirmations at the beginning of every month.

If you are experiencing The Naturo Method Intensive, your Integrative Coach will help you meet these milestones each week.

Be sure to envision and try to feel in the body your affirmation. Imagine in order to feel like it has happened, vision with your minds eye and sense the bodily feelings. This is the premise of quantum leaping. Every billionaires secret!

*Below are some examples.
These are quite general, for real impact try to get granular with what you want. eg under health- if you are struggling with brain fog or self doubt that is clouding your decision making. Create a milestone around a task that you will achieve when there is no more brain fog. Affirmation example, “I have clarity of thought to make quick decisions with confidence”.

Remember to schedule space or set alarms in your phone to say and feel into affirmations weekly, write them in your journal or stick on post it notes.
