Anti-Histamine Diet
- Histamine is a chemical produced by immune cells (mast cell) when there is a threat. Such as a pathogen, a microbe, an environmental toxin or in histamine intolerance - a food.
- We need histamine for protection and for hydrochloric acid production in the gut to breakdown food..
- We also need it for contractions in gut and for women we need histamine for uterine contractions.
However when the gut has been compromised by pharmaceutical medicines, environmental toxins such as heavy metals or vaccine and then activated by stressful life periods, the body stops clearing histamine effectively and starts reacting to histamine containing foods and histamine creating food.
This is not a bad thing. Any symptom that you have is your body giving you a warning sign to SLOW DOWN & GIVE ME MORE ATTENTION. In the case of environmental toxins. Your body is literally saving you from a chronic condition years down the line.
If you do the gut repair work now you will live healthy for the rest of your life.
While you do the Gut Repair work with a Naturo-Medicine practitioner, you may want to avoid these foods and take the below supplement.
Avoid food containing Histamine

Anything fermented, aged, alcohol being no1. Cheese, cured meat, salami, smoked food, pepporini, sausage, canned food, kimchi sauerkraut, yoghurt.

What if you react to foods not on the avoid list?
When the gut is inflammatory it can respond to anything and sometimes everything. In this case I recommend:
- A quantum coaching session to address unseen quantum roots
- A 24 hour water fast
- Keep a food diary with symptoms for your next naturo-medicine appointment,
All in all know that if you are doing the Gut repair program you are on the right track.
Here is a great supplement that will immediately reduce histamine. Don’t forget pea sprouts and red onions too! Both reduce DAO, the enzyme that breaks down histamine in the body.
