Welcome to Naturo Co.
We are a collective of qualified practitioners answering real questions — with honesty from clinical practice experience.
No guesswork ![]()
Not chat GPT or a lab rat or test tube studies.
No gurus or snake oil sellers
Pure practical knowledge of herbal tinctures and people (and sometimes animals).
-
Ask a genuine question. Share what’s actually worked for you, and say so plainly. Learn from people who trained properly and earned their judgement.
-
Disagree with the argument, not the person.
-
Say what kind of knowledge you’re offering. Personal experience is personal experience. Clinical training speaks for itself — let it, without overstating it.
-
Anonymise real details, or get consent first. Never tag someone if writing about their story without their permission.
-
Offer testimony, not instruction. What you tried and observed — yes. Telling a stranger what to do instead of proper care — no.
-
No selling, no branding, no disguised promotion. You will be banned in a heart beat.
-
If you or someone you’re describing is struggling; a GP, a mental health professional, or a crisis service is the right next step.
Book a mini herb consultation here when a thread isn’t enough and you need herbs sent to you next delivery.
Book a clinical appointment here with a qualified medical herbalist or university trained naturopath. For anything urgent, a GP or crisis service comes first. For everything else, reaching out for a clinical appointment is good judgement, not overreaction.
Every town once had someone people turned to trained properly, affordable and available. That’s what we’re rebuilding. Ask with care.
