Therapy versus Coaching

The Naturo Method combines bookings with 3 practitioners, a naturopath, a therapist and a coach.

Naturo Therapist Overview

The therapist is a trained psychotherapist, accredited through a clinical association and having completed extensive supervised hours. They bring years of experience and a range of psychotherapeutic skills, including somatic experiencing, internal family systems, counselling, person-centred therapy, EMDR, CBT, and more.

Integrative Coach Overview

The integrative coach may be trained in disciplines such as the Body Code, the Emotion Code, Human Givens, hypnotherapy or tapping, to name a few. They work through Chloe’s modality of somatic self-enquiry.

Their role is not to access deep trauma. Instead, they complement the work of the Naturo therapist by meeting what arises in real time, helping you shift resistance as it appears in real time.

The ego is highly skilled at self-preservation. It’s there for protection.
But for a more complete sense of self, something else is required, the ability to see yourself with a degree of objectivity.

This is the work of the integrative coach.
