My naturo-medicine practitioner suggested and provided me with the Boswellia tablets. After taking for 10 days I feel that these tablets have reduced the long-term neck and occipital aching. Now able to perform routine stretches and swimming easier.
Less pain at night too so sleep is improved. AS a nurse practitioner used to using Strong conventional medicines to try to alleviate these symptoms I am pleased to try a more natural alternative.

So happy that this helped. Also consider an infusion (a tea) such as,:cramp bark, nettle and calendula. These are anti inflammatory and they taste pretty goo together. Add some chamomile or passionflower for something a bit more chilled out.
